Reseller turns Sentinel into an AI revenue line a telco or operator sells under its own brand.

The operator role is scoped

A reseller operator runs their fleet — downstream tenants, per-tenant markup, credits, quotas, keys and margin reporting — from /app/admin.

What that role deliberately does not reach: the routing engine, the global guardrail floor, and cross-tenant governance. A reseller cannot retune the platform, and cannot read another reseller’s traffic. Platform operation and fleet operation are two different jobs, and the console treats them that way.
