Pricing
Sentinel is priced under its two positions, because they buy different things. Everything commercial is metered; defence deliberately is not.
Figures below are indicative — the structure is fixed, the numbers are being finalised.
What every tier shares
Priority runs defence › paid › free across everything, and every key carries a hard per-key rate cap. There are no uncapped keys in any tier.
For telcos & builders
You pay for what you use, and you can resell it. See the telco door.
Developer API — /app
Usage-based, on prepaid credits. Each request runs the Mesh pipeline — guardrails → credit reserve → Sky47 completion → price → meter → settle — recorded in your currency, PKR by default.
| Input / 1M | Output / 1M | |
|---|---|---|
| Standard (indicative) | $0.30 | $0.60 |
Rate limits scale with cumulative spend and account age (usage tiers, at /app/limits). Paid keys pre-empt free.
Tier caps are provisioned from the tier, not set by hand — moving an account between tiers moves its rate limit, daily cap and monthly quota with it, so the published numbers are the numbers in force.
Playground — /playground
Free to try, mobile-first; higher tiers are a subscription paid via local rails.
| Plan | Price (indicative) | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Daily-capped, in-country, pre-emptible |
| Plus | monthly | Higher daily cap · priority over free · sovereignty badge |
| Pro | monthly | Highest cap · priority · power features |
Reseller — wholesale
Wholesale per-token to you; you set your own retail markup and bill your customers under your own brand, with a per-tenant white-label theme across the Playground and Platform your subscribers see. Operator console at /app/admin.
Wholesale, retail, and the margin between them are recorded on every request and totalled per tenant, per period — see Reseller.
Payment rails: JazzCash / Easypaisa / bank transfer for top-ups, with Stripe as a config-gated card option. Amounts display in PKR; the API keeps a USD reference.
For defence
A flat licence, and no meter. See the defence door.
Sentinel Sovereign — flat annual licence
Not usage-metered. That is a design decision, not a billing convenience: counting classified traffic is itself a leak, so the enclave does not count it. Volume, timing and frequency are exactly the metadata an adversary wants, and a per-token invoice is a record of all three.
What the licence covers: air-gapped deployment, internal CA, accreditation-grade audit through Sentinel Watch, and custom deployment terms.
Pricing is per engagement — see Sentinel Sovereign.
